In a society that glorifies exhaustion, taking care of yourself may seem selfish, but it's essential for a healthy life. Learn to rest and prioritise your needs without guilt.

Workshop Details

Format

3 live interactive sessions

Each session lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes and is held once a week over three consecutive weeks. Conducted via video conference, the sessions provide a safe and intimate group setting.

Participants

6 persons in total

Sylvanie, Suzana, yourself, and maximum 3 other attendees. This small group format ensures personalized attention and meaningful exchanges. Whether you want to ask questions, share your experiences, or simply listen, you are welcome.

Flexible

The workshop begins on the first Tuesday of every month and continues for the next 2 Tuesdays. We will coordinate with participants to find a time that suits everyone.
