Suzana and Sylvanie are the 2 founders of La vie quoi. Both experienced a burnout and after months of therapy they successfully recovered. Now, they create simple, practical and effective tools which they wished they had before they ended up in a burnout. Tools that help you become happier, freer and more fullfiled human being.

It depends on where you are. Our usual delivery times are 1-3 days in Germany and Austria. In France, Belgium, Netherland and Luxemburg, delivery takes 3 to 5 days. Delivery details can be found on our Shipping Policy page.
